Roads are closed in Digbeth, Birmingham, as West Midlands Police investigate an incident

Roads are closed in Digbeth, Birmingham this morning (Thursday, June 29) after police were called to an incident in Bradford Street.

West Midlands Roads have asked people to avoid the area and use alternative routes. National Express West Midlands said that their number 50 service is diverting in both directions via Digbeth High Street.

Police arrived at an apartment in Bradford Street, Digbeth, just after 6am and are still investigating.

West Midlands Police shared around 11am today (June 29) that three people were arrested on suspicion of murder after a man was fatally stabbed in Birmingham this morning.

Two men, aged 18 and 21, and a 20-year-old woman, have been arrested on suspicion of murder and taken into custody for questioning.
