A number of council owned properties are set to go under the hammer next month.
Birmingham City Council will sell six very varied lots at the Bond Wolfe auction - from a Jewellery Quarter Grade II factory building to a former nursery in its next sale on Thursday 13 July.
Ron Darlington, consultant director of Bond Wolfe, said: “We are pleased to have been asked to sell what is an interesting selection of properties across the city that can be brought back into use and so provide new accommodation whether for families or businesses.
“Maximising the existing stock available through the auction route is a swift way of bringing these properties back into gainful use.”
The former factory and five other properties being sold on behalf of Birmingham City Council are just some of the lots appearing in Bond Wolfe’s auction which is due to start at 9am, on Thursday 13 July.
The auction will be livestreamed via Bond Wolfe’s website with remote bidding by proxy, telephone or internet.
