Police are appealing for help to trace this man who has been accused of racially abusing a passenger on a bus in Nechells. The alleged offence took place near Jennens Road at around 12pm on 11 August, officers said.

This figure rose to 8,010 in 2021, an increase of 57%. This was the biggest percentage jump out of any police force in England and Wales.Responding to the figures at the time, Birmingham Labour MP Shabana Mahmood said she would raise the matter with West Midlands Police.
With regards to the alleged racial abuse of a bus passenger in Nechells, the force has asked anyone with information to contact them, saying: “Anyone with information is asked to contact us via Live Chat on our website and quote 20/721728/22.”
