New figures reveal the cheapest streets to buy property in Birmingham.
According to the latest Land Registry figures, property prices in Birmingham have increased by 5.16% in last 12 months. The average price of a property in the city over the last year is £248,088.
Home sales company Property Solvers uses the Land Registry data to regularly track the average sold price for homes located across the country. Their figures, which were last updated in October 2023, includes streets across Birmingham and the city centre.
Using the data, we recently revealed the most expensive streets to buy property on in the city. But, which streets in the city are the cheapest?
The statistics can reveal the cheapest streets to buy a property on in Birmingham. Some of the streets have student properties, with others containing one bedroom flats and properties that are in need of renovation.
