The best breweries in Birmingham have been named in the new Campaign for Real Ale (CAMRA) Good Beer Guide for 2024.
The annual guide, released by CAMRA and on sale now, offers an insight into the best pubs, bars and clubs around the UK.
It highlights venues selected by its members “as places to savour good beers from small breweries as well as cask-conditioned lagers and world beers and some pubs are highlighted for serving real ciders too”.
There are dozens of venues across Birmingham that have made it into the CAMRA Good Beer Guide 2024 - with many regularly featured year after year. And this is the 51st edition.
This year’s 2024 Guide contains 131 UK breweries, which is a fantastic prospect for the trade which has been struggling to stay afloat in recent years following the pandemic and rising fuel costs.
This year, 15 breweries in Birmingham have been included in the 2024 calendar once again.
Let’s take a look at the 15 in this year’s calendar.
