Goldsmiths - the renowned luxury watch, and jewellery retailer - has announced the re-opening of its Birmingham Bullring showroom which has untaken a substantial refurbishment and expansion. 

The showroom now spans two floors with a dedicated entrance for Rolex customers and a bar - all set out on level two. We've taken a look at what customers can expect at the incredible new store which is bigger than ever before with a jewellery repair service and dedicated bridal jewellery area too.

What is the Rolex room like at Goldsmiths in Birmingham Bullring?

Upon entering the Rolex room clients are invited to look at the lit display cases, designed to highlight the watchmaking excellence and beauty of each timepiece, with a large central watch bar, leading onto the client service counters and a private client lounge to enhance the sense of privacy and exclusivity.

Goldsmiths say: “The design of our Rolex area reflects the timeless and iconic Rolex style, with the use of premium materials such as marble, polished wood, and leather with two dedicated brand windows showcasing the Rolex collection which offers a wide range of prestigious, high-precision timepieces, from Professional to Classic models to suit any wrist.” 

What is the hospitality bar area like at the refurbished Goldsmiths store at the Bullring?

To enhance the shopping experience, the Goldsmiths Bullring showroom features a hospitality bar on the first floor, where clients can relax and enjoy refreshments while exploring the collections. Private consultation rooms are also available, providing a discreet and personalised environment for clients to discuss their specific requirements with knowledgeable and attentive staff.

The entrance into the main Goldsmiths showroom leads clients directly into the showstopping brand areas, for Cartier, TAG Heuer, TUDOR, Hublot, Longines and Rado. Additional central watch showcases feature Chanel, Gucci, Oris, Tissot and the introduction of pre-Owned models to the showroom.

For those seeking exquisite jewellery, the Goldsmiths Bullring showroom has dedicated branded towers on the ground floor for FOPE, Messika, Roberto Coin, Mappin & Webb, Jenny Packham and Goldsmiths own branded jewellery.
