Eight family homes in Birmingham are set to go under the hammer at Bond Wolfe's next auction.
A pair of family-sized homes just doors away from each other on the same Birmingham street and both with attractive starting prices will also feature in the auction, which is set to take place on Thursday, February 8.
Speaking about the two Birmingham houses close together, Gurpreet Bassi, chief executive at Bond Wolfe, said: "While both houses need refurbishment throughout, with number 43 also having no fittings in its kitchen or bathroom, they could each make ideal purchases for first-time buyers or landlords looking to extend their portfolios.
