The adrenaline junkie, who posted the footage to his social media @letsmakestupiddecisions, said: "Why do we do this? Well, it's been a personal journey for me from my military career, war fighting in Afghanistan and clearing improvised explosive devices isn't something you get to do back in the UK working a 9-5.
"So upon returning, I was still chasing the adrenaline bug. Fast bikes, parachuting and now base jumping. You also meet an incredible group of close friends and fellow jumpers on the way.”
A West Midlands Police spokesperson said: "We were called to reports of a number of people on a building site in Birmingham city centre just before 9pm on Friday. A number of people were spoken to but there were no reports of criminal offences."
