“People are so selfish - blocking up holes in garden fences, ripping up perfectly good grass and putting down astroturf because they can’t be bothered to cut it - they just don’t realise the problems they are causing for hedgehogs.”
These are just two of the dangers that Sharon Baker has highlighted as she cares for injured hedgehogs at her home in Maypole, Birmingham, where she has set up her non-profit organisation Array4Hogs dedicated to caring for the animals.
