A motorcyclist aged in his 20s was discovered with serious injuries near the A38M Aston Expressway in Birmingham.

The rider was found with a red Honda on Tyburn Road at around 2pm yesterday (Sunday, September 17). He was taken to hospital where he remains in a serious condition.

Police have launched an appeal for witnesses, while pointing out that they do not believe any other vehicle was involved. A West Midlands Police spokesperson said: “At this stage we don’t believe any other vehicle was involved but we’re keen to hear from anyone who was in the area, and particularly anybody with dash cam footage. “You can contact us via Live Chat on our website, or by calling 101, and quote log 2125 of 17/9/23.
