Orleans Smokehouse will be offering slow and low US-style barbecue food - a technique in which cooking begins at a low temperature and is done over a long time.

The latest brand from Mitchells & Butlers is set to open its Solihull venue in early 2024, according to Express & Star. They are currently hiring for the restaurant that will “deliver mouth-watering Slow n’ Low BBQ food.”

The advertisement for the general manager position on the company’s website says: “Orleans Smokehouse is inspired by the flavours of New Orleans, Louisiana. It’s perfect for relaxed get togethers to enjoy the succulent barbecue food lovingly smoked by our pitmasters. There’s no better place in the world to be.”
