Take a look at these cute little faces. Could you offer one a loving home?

These are just a tiny number of the dogs, cats, bunnies and other animals that are looking for their forever homes across Birmingham.

They are being looked after and restored to full health at the RSPCA’s Birmingham Animal Centre & Hospital on Frankley Green Lane.

Many have been abandoned or faced awful conditions before ending up in the care of the RSPCA.

Every animal is neutered, microchipped and vaccinated (where appropriate) before they are rehomed.

Take a look at these cute little guys. You never know who you might meet and fall in love with.

Introducing little heartbreaker Quinn

Quinn was discovered living in appalling conditions which had led to her coat being severely stained, ear infections and overgrown claws. The vets said she was the perfect patient during her time with them.

It took several months to get her looking like she does now.

After lots of care she was deemed fit enough for a surgery she needed to open up her airways. This is a common procedure with brachy breed dogs and Quinn has made a full recovery from it.

Now a little bit about her... While Quinn may be little in stature her personality certainly isn't small!

She likes to go on her walkies, making friends with all of the people she passes along the way. She may even carry a teddy when out for a stroll too.

Cuddles, kisses and fuss are her best ways to pass the time.

Name: Quinn

Breed: French Bulldog

Colour: Black & White

Age: 2 years (approx)

She likes playtime and being off lead in the secure area but will always pop back for a quick check in and to be told what a good girl she is.

When on walks Quinn has met several dogs, but she does find close proximity a bit stressful. Her carers have found she recovers quickly when she knows she won't be forced into any uncomfortable social situations and will happily carry on walking with you to find other dog free adventures.

She would need new owners who are around for a greater part of the day to help her settle into her new routine. Children (if present) above late primary school age would be best suited to Quinn

Meet sweet boy, Graeson! Graeson is a six-year old lurcher who sadly found himself in RSPCA care after being abandoned. Graeson is a dream to be around, he is gentle and quiet, a lovable boy who adores human company.

Graeson is also full of quirkiness, being comedic with his bouncy antics. Graeson is looking for a home with no other pets, as he does have a chase drive. He is a clever boy who comfortably wears a muzzle.

Graeson is okay with other dogs, however, prefers his own space from other animals so would love to soak up all of the love and attention for himself in a home.

Bear is a real cuddle monster and loves spending time with her human friends; playing in our off-lead areas and having chilled out time on the sofa.

As an Airedale X Poodle she is an active and intelligent girl and will need adopters who are happy to provide both physical and mental stimulation.

Adopter will also need to understand and provide for her grooming needs as her coat will require regular brushing and clipping.

Bear is not social with other dogs, however, she is easily manageable around them and will happily follow her human away for some tasty treats.

We are looking for an active, rescue-dog experienced home, with the time to put into Bear to help her settle into the home-life she truly deserves.

Bear may be able to live with senior school aged children in the right home.

Say hello to Bunbun Shyamalan! Bunbun came into care after being signed over by his previous owner.

He is a very sweet but timid boy who would be best suited to a home with experienced owners that will allow him to settle and take things at his own pace.

Bunbun enjoys gentle fuss as long as he can keep all four paws on the floor, he is quite skittish to handle and can be easily spooked so needs a confident handler who is happy to work with him to help his confidence grow.

He loves exploring around the floor when it's quiet and enjoys playing with all of the enrichment, he can be unsure of any noises/movements so will need lots of hidey spaces to allow him to feel more comfortable in his new home. Bunbun could live with a well matched female bun following a gradual introduction.

Rabbits are active, inquisitive animals and need lots of space to perform all their natural behaviours such as running, jumping, digging, playing and exploring.

Rabbits should have permanent access to all areas of their housing to allow them to perform the behaviours they want to, when they want to.

Meet Dijon & Mayo! Meet our 'condiments' Dijon & Mayo.

They were rescued by inspectors along with 13 others.

They were being kept in unsuitable living conditions, they were underweight and they were all very scared when they arrived.

It took them a few weeks to settle in and gain confidence and now they are much happier. They have gained weight and they are all very inquisitive boys. They have placed them in a foster home to continue with their socialisation until they are lucky enough to find a permanent home.

This is what the foster carer has to say about them: “The boys have really come out of their shell since being in their foster home. They love their wheels and like to have lots of space to run and hide. They are very friendly and inquisitive and come up to the cage to greet you.”

Names: Dijon & Mayo

Breed: Degu

Meet Kitty!

This sweet girl is Kitty, she was adopted from the RSPCA 8 years ago but has unfortunately found herself back in our care, because the previous owner could no longer keep her. Kitty has settled back into our care straight away, she is very friendly and she enjoys having fuss and she will purr loudly and make muffins to let us know how much she is enjoying our company.

When alone Kitty can normally be found having a quiet catnap but the moment she spots us she will come over to say hello Carers feel that Kitty would suit a quiet home environment to match her personality. She would prefer to be the only cat in her new home. She could live with children of a primary school age or above.

Name: Kitty

Breed: Domestic Shorthair crossbreed

Colour: Dark - Tortoiseshell

Age: 9 Years (approx)

Here’s cute little Gabby! Meet Gabby, she was first brought into RSPCA care as a tiny kitten with severe cat flu.

She had two siblings who were unfortunately too poorly and sadly did not make it.

Gabby seemed very lonely without them and was soon placed in a foster home with one of the RSPCA nurses.

Since in foster she has really blossomed. She is very energetic and loves to play. She has lived a dog in the foster home, so could live with a calm dog again. Her carers think that children of older primary school age would best suit her as she can be a little rough when playing.

She does calm down eventually though and can be very affectionate towards her humans.

She still bares the scars from her previous life and has a clouded left eye.

This does not require any treatment and she compensates well with her other eye. She will still be able to go outside and live a normal life and we think it just adds to her character.

Marvellous Milo is ready to find his new home! You wouldn't believe this was the same boy that was brought into RSPCA care last winter.

He had been found in a garden with no shelter, his coat was filthy and he was emaciated to the point where every single bone was visible.

Now after months in RSPCA care while they prosecuted his owners Milo has done a complete 360 and is the healthy, happy little sausage you see before you today.

Milo has a huge personality in that little frame, let us tell you all about him.

He is super social with people and will say hello to anyone who may be interested. He loves, loves, loves his walkies and off lead time in our secure area equals roly poly play and belly scratches!

Fuss and cuddles are very important to Milo, we guess there was such a long time where he didn't receive any that he has lots to cacth up on.

Of course food is also incredibly important to him, due to his previous starved state he does have a habit of jumping up to ask for treats and searching for food.

He can pass dogs on walks but isn't really motivated to make friends, human friends are his goal in life.

Milo will need some time to decompress in his new home after such a long time in kennels.

He will require an active home with someone around for the larger part of the day. Children (if present) need to of 10yrs or over and be dog savvy
