House prices in Birmingham have soared in recent months, although experts do say the marketing is slowing.
According to Rightmove properties in the city had an overall average price of £232,975 over the last year.

Overall, sold prices in Birmingham over the last year were 12% up on the previous year and 17% up on the 2018 peak of £198,818.
So a family home price from £39,000 is certainly cheaper than the average cost.
We’ve found this house and five others going under the hammer at Bond Wolfe’s next auction on Wednesday, 20 October.
Here are six Birmingham homes going under the hammer.
1) 45 Bednall Road, Kingstanding

“These three lots are great examples of some of the properties we have on offer that could make great family homes once they have a bit of loving care and attention invested in them.”
