Sixty companies across the UK are due to trial four day working week in June.

This will see 3,000 workers clocking on a day less than usual.

It’s the first look at changing our working patterns since Henry Ford introduced the 40 hour working week a hundred years ago!

But in Birmingham, international marketing agency Tribera is ahead of the game.

The creative content experts introduced a four day week back in March. Initially they thought it would boost morale. But they soon found out that productivity increased, and were delighted to then discover that results improved.
