There are some classic Brummie favourites on the list. But straight in at number one is a real hidden gem that you may not have heard of. 1. Indian Cafe Racer, Birmingham city centre
A real hidden gem at The Wellington Hotel on Bristol Street where you can tuck into delicious home cooked Indian street food
2. Gaijin Sushi, Birmingham city centre
Also on Bristol Street, this restaurant has won a host of accolades - including from teh Guardian. There’s a sushi bar that sits 10 where you can watch chefs create delicious dishes or two tables taht can seat up to six people.
3. Opheem, Birmingham city centre
Michelin starred Opheem on Summer Row pushes the boundaries of Indian flavours using cooking techniques from across the world to create an exquisite dining experience. A perfect spot for that special occasion.
4. Toffs by Rob Palmer, Solihull
Located in Mell Square in the town centre, here is where you will find ‘Modern British’ food using classic cooking techniques and flavours. Rob previously worked at Hampton Manor and used the fresh produce in the fabulous walled gardens for inspiration.
