A national newspaper has included 20 West Midlands pubs in its list of the top 500 best in the country.
Today (Friday, July 4), The Telegraph has launched its inaugural guide to The 500 Best Pubs in England. The pubs have been picked by The Telegraph’s Will Hawkes, who has visited thousands of pubs across the country over the years.
All pubs on the list have been recognised for their charming character, welcoming staff, rich history and award-winning beer.
Here are the West Midlands ones included:
1. The Bartons Arms pub in Aston, Birmingham
