The most expensive postcodes in Birmingham and the West Midlands revealed in new data
A new report has uncovered the most expensive postcodes across the UK.
The data, produced in a map by the Daily Mail, shows the priciest areas in cities and towns up and down the country, including the West Midlands.

Hide AdIn the West Midlands region, WR7 has been revealed as the county’s most expensive postcode. The WS7 postcode covers the affluent villages Burntwood and Hammerwich in Staffordshire.
Most expensive Birmingham postcode
In Birmingham, the priciest postcode is B15, which primarily covers the Edgbaston and Westside areas. It’s no surprise this is Birmingham’s most expensive area - Edgbaston is indeed known as one of Birmingham's most affluent neighbourhoods, characterised by high-end properties, green spaces, and a reputation for being a desirable place to live.
It’s also home to some of the city's most expensive streets, with houses often exceeding £1 million. Streets like Carpenter Road, known as "Millionaire's Row - show this.

Where else in the county is expensive?
In Worcestershire, WR7 has been highlighted. This mainly covers the area around Inkberrow, Crowle, and Upton.
