Amazing night footage captured by local Kevin Whiston shows 500 parakeets roosting in Shard End, Birmingham.
While the footage is obviously dark, Kevin counted 24 ring-necked parakeets in 2017 and said there were up to 500 as of today. Shard End has become a hotspot for the invasive, exotic birds.
