It’s time to grab the popcorn – National Cinema Day is fast approaching and an array of cinemas across Birmingham will be offering tickets for just £3 to celebrate.

Hide AdBirmingham’s Vue, Cineworld and ODEON venues will be selling cut-price screenings to the likes of ‘Top Gun: Maverick’, Idris Elba’s new thriller ‘Beast’, and ‘Spiderman: No Way Home’.
If you’d like to make it a family occasion, there’s a whole host of films being shown that are kid-friendly, including ‘DC League Of Super-Pets’, and ‘Minions: The Rise Of Gru’, among others.
National Cinema Day, which is just once a year, celebrates the joys of heading down to the cinema with loved ones, and it’s an opportunity for local theatres to offer deals, hence the prices that will be on offer.

As we reach the end of summer and head into autumn – one of the peak periods in the film industry calendar – there’s no surprise there are currently plenty of movies being shown in cinemas near you.

Cineworld is showing over a dozen films including ‘Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan’, ‘Tad The Lost Explorer And The Curse Of The Mummy’, and ‘The Forgiven’.
