Inside Timber Yard: Birmingham’s privately owned luxury apartments

Located in the heart of Birmingham city centre, Timber Yard has a range of luxury one, two and three bedroom apartments.
There are 379 flats at the complex in total, and it is the first residential development in the city’s Southside District featuring China Town and the Gay Quarter for more than a decade.

Hide AdTimber Yard was named in tribute to the site’s historic use - it was formerly home to a timber yard and joinery factory, demolished in the 1970s to make way for a surface car park.
There are also resident amenities including a gym, cinema room and communal lounge. Facilities such as these are common in rental blocks, but not where the apartments are privately owned.
The east block, features stylish one, two and three bedroom apartments while the west block includes a mix of studio, one and two bedroom apartments.
Both buildings surround a private landscaped courtyard garden with a large amount of properties having outside space whether it be a terrace, balcony or winter garden.
