Birmingham City Council is seeking to sell several more properties in Bond Wolfe’s next auction on
Going under the hammer on Thursday October, 24, will be four lots including retail, land and commercial units.
Two freehold retail properties at 147 & 147a Dudley Road, Birmingham,consist of a pair of three storey properties with retail units on the ground floor and rooms above.
The unit at 147 is being sold with an existing tenant, while 147a is empty. No. 147 has been let on a periodic tenancy since 2010 at a rent of £5,000 per annum. They come with a guide price* of £315,000+.
