New data from the Office for National Statistics shows where house prices are currently cheapest in Birmingham.
We’ve analysed the data to reveal the 16 Birmingham neighbourhoods where house prices are currently cheapest, as of March 2024.
There are no major surprises when it comes to the most expensive and cheapest areas of Birmingham in which to buy a house, with the usual candidates topping those lists.
But the rate at which prices are rising gives an indication of the most up and coming areas of Birmingham.
The figures, for the year to March 2024, show us where house prices are lowest and highest in 2024.
