“It’s now vacant, but might be an interesting place to develop for various uses, subject to planning permission.” The former cleaner’s storeroom comes with a new lease term for 125 years.
This will be subject to ground rent of just £150 per annum for the first 25 years, rising by £50 every 25 years, plus a service charge of approximately £389.98 per annum.
