The latest house price data for the year to March 2024, based on Land Registry figures, was published by the Office for National Statistics on Wednesday, September 25.
There are few surprises when it comes to the most expensive and cheapest areas of Solihull in which to buy a house, with the usual candidates topping those lists.
But the rate at which prices are rising gives an indication of the most up and coming areas of Birmingham.
The figures help give us an idea of the places seeing the biggest annual percentage increase.
Here are the Solihull neighbourhoods where house prices have increased the most since March 2023 to March 2024.

1. Central Solihull & Sharmans Cross
