A popular four-star hotel in Birmingham city centre has been listed for sale for £12 million.

The Cube on Wharfside Street next to the Mailbox is now on the market. The property has been listed on Zoopla by agents Graham + Sibbald.

The hotel has 52 bedrooms and is also home to the Marco Pierre White branded restaurant, and has additional dining and bar facilities - 60 covers/120 reception. The hotel and restaurant is spread across four floors.

In total, The Cube contains 244 flats, 111,500 square feet (10,359 m2) of offices, shops, a hotel and the skyline restaurant. Opening in 2010 the hotel was the final phase of The Mailbox development.
