A venue previously occupied by an independent restaurant on Harborne High Street is up for sale.
Holy Moly Macaroni in Harborne closed last month after it became impossible for them to sustain their business due to the cost of living crisis.
The Harlem-inspired restaurant, that used to serve mac’n’cheese bowls, announced in January that they were shutting down, according to Big Hospitality.
Now, Unit 1 at The School Yard - where The Boston Tea Party is also located - is available for leasehold on nil premium. The property is at the very heart of Harborne High Street and has a vibrant leisure circuit with The School Yard at its core.
It is part of what was originally a handsome redbrick Victorian school which was subject to an award winning mixed use conversion which was completed in 2015. The character unit has been fitted to high standards throughout and is available on a brand new free of tie lease.
Andy Tudor, Divisional Director of Fleurets Midlands commented: “This is a great unit in a fantastic location and could suit a number of operations styles. Unit 1 occupies much of the High Street frontage of The School Yard so offers great attraction from local footfall. To the rear there is a large shared courtyard area, fantastic for those warmer months.”
