Two restaurants are currently for sale in the ‘best place to live’ in the Midlands.

Stirchley was recently named the best place to live in the entire Midlands in a Sunday Times 2024 list and has previously been named among the coolest places to live in the UK.

Most recently Stirchley was praised by the Sunday Times for its community spirit, as well as its great range of independent businesses and bars and restaurants.

And now, the Punjabi Dhaba Grill on the Pershore Road and a small cafe serving Malaysian, Indonesian cuisine on the same road are both up for sale.

What has Zoopla said about the restaurants for sale?

Punjabi Dhaba Grill is on the market for £39,950.

A statement from Zoopla, said: “This Indian Restaurant is located in Stirchley, Birmingham. Situated within a prominent and highly visible trading position on the busy (A441) Pershore road. The immediate area offers plenty of retail business and an abundance of residential properties which brings decent levels of footfall to the area. Birmingham city centre is (4.5 miles) away.”

The Malaysian, Indonesian cuisine cafe is on the market for £50,000.

The Zoopla description, read: “The property comes with all of the trading equipment and is currently trading as a Malaysian, Indonesian cuisine.
