It is a ‘Modern British’ fine-dining restaurant, which uses a blend of modern and classic British cooking techniques and flavors. The restaurant is included in the Michelin guide as well. 3. Asha’s
The restaurant is owned by renowned artiste Asha Bhosle and the menus cover most parts of the Subcontinent, with everything cooked to order, says the Michelin guide. The restaurant’s speciality is Tandoori kebabs. Apart from the Birmingham restaurant - which is in the Michelin guide, it’s also present in Solihull’s Touchwood Shopping Centre. 4. The Forest Bar and Restaurant
