Just a stone’s throw from Colmore Row, Isaac’s typically takes inspiration from New York brasseries, but its latest offering is rooted in British tradition. The menu features aged sirloin, slow-roasted lamb, and confit pork belly, all sourced locally with the help of an award-winning butcher.
