Birmingham is blessed with some belting pubs that boast magnificent beer gardens – perfect for a lazy, sunny day socialising with friends and sinking a few cold drinks.
And with June now upon us and Euro 2024 just a couple of weeks away, many Brummies will be heading to the pub as the weather picks up and to enjoy the football.
And with so many beer gardens to choose from across the city, you may want a little help to decide where to go this summer.
We asked our readers on Facebook which pub in Birmingham they think has the best beer garden. Here’s what they said:
1. Prince of Wales, Moseley
Heritage pub nomination | Prince of Wales, Moseley Photo: Moseley's Prince of Wales pub has a large beer garden - seating 200 - and is covered with outdoor heating, and also has a Tiki beach bar. No wonder it received a mention from one of our readers
2. The Physician, Edgbaston
You can sit out in the sun and enjoy one of the Physician's many British dishes on offer - these change regularly, so you’ll never get bored. Also, if you find yourself here in July, then check out their summer festival that will be packed with barbecues, live music and tasting sessions. | DesignMyNight
3. The Plough, Harborne

4. The Spotted Dog, Moseley
Maybe an underrated beer garden, the Spotted Dog in Moseley is know for live blues, jazz and Irish-folk bands staged weekly. They also have a great beer garden | Google
