Birmingham’s food scene is dynamic and ever-changing, and just like other cuisines vegetarian and vegan food restaurants are also constantly innovating and bringing us amazing new things. Over the last year, we have lost several great vegetarian restaurants including the iconic Warehouse Cafe but gained a new cafe in Jewellery Quarter as well.
There are many other veggie and vegan places that have won awards or been nominated for them since they offer great options. While there are many restaurants that offer a vegetarian and vegan menu along with meat options, there are a handful that are meat-free completely.
So, we took a look at all the meat-free restaurants to find which is the most liked by people in and around Birmingham. While some are vegetarian (meaning they are not dairy-free or egg-free), others have stepped away from using any and all animal products. Some of the restaurants are too new to judge but have been ranked according to their current Google review status.
