Popular Birmingham Mailbox restaurant unveils new look & it’s full of Brummie vibes

Stunning Brummie decor has been unveiled as part of a new look one of the most popular restaurants at the Mailbox in Birmingham

A popular restaurant the Mailbox in Birmingham has reopened its doors to show off a brand new look with some brilliantly Brummie vibes.

The much-anticipated refurb of the waterfront destination featured a range of artworks from Katie O, who specialises in nature and wildlife with depictions of our much loved Brummie bull from the Commonwealth Games and other city landmarks now adorning the walls.

Visitors to the delicious Italian venue, Zizzi, will spot wildlife pouring Bird’s Custard and songbirds flying from Symphony Hall.

Inside the transformed restaurant, guests will also experience Zizzi touch points including the iconic yellow foliage, warm and bright festoon lights.  

Wavy neon signage welcomes customers upon arrival which reads ‘I do not share food”. In addition, there has been a big focus on the external area of the restaurant adding new patterned awnings & screens to the planters making it an extremely warm and desirable location in which to relax and enjoy a delicious meal.

Adam Mathias, General Manager of Zizzi Birmingham Mailbox, says: “We are delighted to be re-opening the doors to the brand-new look and feel of Zizzi Birmingham Mailbox. 

“We are very much looking forward to welcoming back customers from across the city and getting to know plenty of new ones, sharing good times over our delicious, much-loved and craveable Italian dishes with a twist.”
