The Food Standards Agency has recently awarded new food hygiene ratings to nine eateries in Birmingham, including restaurants, cafes, canteens, and a takeaway.

Notably, TRANQUIL 1992 Coffee House and Txikiteo received a rating of 4, indicating good hygiene standards, while 24 Carat Bistro, Delights of Greece, and Zymal's received a rating of 3. Meanwhile, Que Huong was rated 2, signaling room for improvement, and Unique Cuisine, a takeaway, received a rating of 1, suggesting urgent attention to hygiene practices.
