Hot on the heels of their hugely successful Nottingham opening, award-winning Mexican brand Boojum has announced plans to open a third UK mainland restaurant in Birmingham later this autumn.

The popular eatery has now revealed plans to open a 54-cover eatery on New Street, in the former Second Cup Coffee unit, creating 25 local jobs.

Boojum CEO, David Maxwell, said: “We are delighted to see our expansion plans continue apace with the launch of Birmingham. It’s the ideal demographic for us with its eclectic culture, popular retail destinations and of course its fantastic food. We can’t wait to bring our fresh, bold Mexican flavours to the city.”

Boojum prides itself on its high-quality, ‘live out loud food’ and is best renowned for its Burrito Bowl, which is the number six top trending dish globally on Deliveroo and rated number one in all Mexican food on the takeaway platform.
