Here are all the Birmingham winners for 2024/25

A number of Birmingham cafes, restaurants and takeawayshave picked up a Good Food Award for 2024/25. 

Since 2022, the Good Food Awards recognise those who strive for culinary excellence within their field.

Some businesses have been handed an award for the first time, while others are serial winners. A spokesman Good Food Awards said: “The Good Food Awards have delighted readers and fans over the years by introducing them to an eclectic tapestry of flavours. 

“We've built up a reputation for shining a spotlight on delicious dishes and unearthing culinary gems. We believe awards should be based on what matters most, customer opinions. Using nominations, feedback, votes, and online reviews we ensure the Good Food Awards reflect the views of real foodies, like you.”

Below are the Birmingham venues to win a Good Food Award for 2024/25.

Fine dining restaurants and Products 

  • Basmati Restaurant, 230 Birmingham Road: 2024/25 Good Food Award winner – Gold Seal

Cafes, Bistros, coffee houses and tea rooms 

  • EIS Cafe, Nechells: 2024/25 Good Food Award winner – Blue Ribbon

Fish and Chip Shops

  • Bedders of Birmingham, Coventry Road: 2024/25 Good Food Award winner – Blue Ribbon
  • Hawthorn Fish Bar, Hawthorn Road: 2024/25 Good Food Award winner – Blue Ribbon.

Takeaways and Restaurants

  • All Greek Street Food, Stephenson Street, city centre: 2024/25 Good Food Award winner - Blue Ribbon
  • Mak Halal Birmingham: 2024/25 Good Food Award winner – Blue Ribbon
