And General manager Chris Mason, who began managing the pub in March 2023 after running the Tap & Spile, has told how he wants The Brasshouse to become the “ultimate place on Broad Street to have a drink”.

The Brasshouse is located in the heart of the city, just off the Canal Old Line and on the doorstep of many of the city’s popular arenas and conference centres.

The pub is a local favourite for wholesome, hearty meals as well as its entertainment offering and nights out. Its sizable outdoor area includes canal side seating as well as a cosy rear side beer garden that is highly sought after on sunny afternoons.

The huge investment has seen the front and back bar and cocktail bar revamped and there is more seating outside so that guests can enjoy the waterfront views. In addition to an improved dining area there is also an extended range of cask and craft beers with 15 new jobs created.
