Edgbaston is one of Birmingham’s busiest and most upmarket neighbourhoods.
It’s home to the University of Birmingham and is known as being one of the city’s more affluent areas with its range of high end independent venues.
The suburb is also home to some of the city’s most esteemed restaurants - including one with a Michelin star.
Much of the south-west neighbourhood is operated by Calthorpe Estates, the family property management company that has helped develop Edgbaston Village over the last 20 years. Today, Edgbaston boasts a range of high-quality retail, leisure, and dining locations.
