Digbeth’s Ghetto Golf venue in the Custard Factory gets new look - and it’s fang-tastic!

Digbeth is getting an updated crazy golf experience this summer as Ghetto Golf transforms to Golf Fang.

The competitive socialising venue, run by The Big Fang Collective, in the Custard Factory will open its doors on July 29.

The collective received an investment of £500k and is refurbishing all its venues to Golf Fang. The refurbishment will introduce a range of brand new courses and artwork inside the venue.

The sites in Liverpool and Newcastle will also rebrand as Golf Fang on the same day. The venue has an 18-hole golf course surrounded by bespoke art, theatre, fruity cocktails, DJs playing the latest beats, and street food in a ‘sprayground’, where selected graffiti writers will display create art on golf courses built into unique designs such as buses, shop fronts, film studios and pubs.

The company now owns and operates five sites across the UK, in Birmingham, Newcastle, Liverpool, Sheffield, and Glasgow.

Co-founder Kip Piper said: “We’re really looking forward to revealing a brand new Digbeth space. Digbeth has always been extremely welcoming to our brand and there’s a great atmosphere.”

The venue will be open seven days a week.
