Cats Protection Birmingham is home to many cute cats who are looking to find a family. Many of them were either abandoned by their owner or were rescued as strays. Some of them have faced neglect and harder times than that. But, there is still hope for them.
If they get adopted, they will be able to have a safe and comfortable future, and a lovely Christmas and New Year too. Some of them are as young as a couple of months while there are some older felines at the Birmingham Adoption Centre of the cat charity.
Many charities are also grappling with the cost of living crisis and a lack of space because more and more pets are being abandoned. If the cats that are currently living there get adopted, there will be space to take in others who are abandoned or rescued.
So, if you are ready to bring home a furry who loves cuddles, being pet, and also the outdoors, cats will be ideal pets for you. They are independent and love to roam for hours without bothering their owners.
As long as they have a home to come back to where they get clean water and litter boxes, and food, they are happy. It doesn’t hurt to have some string toys to play with them. This is a great way to bond with the kitties as well.
Here are nine cute kitties that can be yours and they are all in Birmingham:

1. Ash
This beautiful girl is just two years old. She is affectionate and loves a fuss. She has a mild food intolerance and needs some upmarket kitty food. She answers to being called and likes eating a little often. So, she is ideal for a home where someone is there throughout the day. It is not known how she would be with other animals but she can live with older children. (Photo - Cats Protection Birmingham) | Cats Protection Birmingham

2. Cooper-Ru
Cooper-Ru is a domestic short hair who is quite a character. He likes to climb and being fussed over. He loves playing and can live with school aged children. He can also live with dogs but would like to be the only cat in the house. He is an indoor cat. (Photo - Cats Protection Birmingham) | Cats Protection Birmingham

4. Simone
Simone is a 3-year-old domestic shorthair. She was adopted from Cats Protection as a kitten with her sister Nina. Their owner can no longer take care of them. She needs a quiet home with no other animals. She loves rubs and a quiet voice because of all the upheaveal in her life. (Photo - Cats Protection Birmingham) | Cats Protection Birmingham
