Raven’s Rescue: five adorable kitties looking for a forever home in the West Midlands
Cats are great companions for people of all ages and abilities as they are independent, and can walk themselves
Dudley-based animal charity Raven’s Rescue is looking for homes for five cats in their care. The charity was founded by Sarah in 2012 and is named after her pet dog, who passed away due to cancer. Now, the charity is ensuring that no cats or dogs is abandoned or lives as a stray.
Based in Brierley Hill, Dudley - the charity is currently home to at least two cats whose owners passed away. Despite this tragedy, these cats and the rest are ready for being part of a loving household.
Cats are great companions for people of all ages and abilities as they are independent, and can walk themselves. However, some of them might have limited need for outdoor access. Some basic string toys and balls can keep them entertained at home. Most of the time, cats are happy to potter around on their own and might come to you from time to time for a fuss.
If you think you want to take one of these cats home, you can fill out the application form on Raven’s Rescue’s website.
The charity cares for and fosters many dogs and cats, and these are the five felines that are currently in their care:

1. Bodie
Bodie is an 8 year old Ragdoll who arrived in our care with Doyle after their owner sadly passed away. They have been very much loved and are super friendly. Both Bodie and Doyle are large cats and must be rehomed together and have access to a Catio.

2. Montana and Georgia
Montana and Georgia will need to be rehomed together as they are a bonded pair or sisters. They are super friendly and confident and easy going. They can live with other cats and dogs.

3. Doyle
Doyle is a 7 year old Ragdoll who arrived in our care with Bodie after their owner sadly passed away. They have been very much loved and are super friendly. They must stay together and have access to a catio. Both Bodie and Doyle are large cats and must be rehomed together and have access to a Catio.

4. Soraya
Soraya is a friendly, nosey and cheeky Persian cat that can live with other cats and dogs. Her new owner will need an understanding of the breed and have a Catio for her to access outdoors.
