The Roller Jam skating rink in Digbeth has closed its doors

A statement issued by the company on social media said high operational costs and reduced revenue over the last few months, along with the cost of living crisis, were the reasons behind the decision.

The statement read: “It is with a heavy heart that we announce the immediate closure of Roller Jam. This decision has not come easily, as we have cherished every moment spent with our incredible staff and loyal customers throughout our journey over the last two and a half years!Unfortunately, the ongoing cost of living crisis has significantly impacted our business, leading to a decline in visitors to our skating arena.

“The combination of high operational costs and reduced revenue over the past six months has left us with no viable option but to close our doors.
