The top ten places in the West Midlands is among the site’s top 250 places to live guide for 2023. Here are the ten neighbourhoods and towns that should not be missed out if you are planning on buying a home in and around Birmingham this year:

9. Earlsdon, Coventry
Earlsdon is more popular than ever due to Cov’s title as City of Culture. Victorian novelist George Eliot lived here in the 1840s and based Middlemarch on the city. Their best kept secret: “The Grade II-listed War Memorial Park is a vast expanse of green 2.5 miles outside of the city centre. Stunning avenues of trees are dedicated to local soldiers who lost their lives in the First World War.” (Photo - Andrew Walker (walker44)/Wikimedia Commons) | Andrew Walker (walker44)/Wikimedia Commons

10. Coleshill, Warwick
This is a historic market town full of local indie shops and a bustling High Street. It’s located just out of Birmingham. There’s historic Roman Baths at Wall Roman Site that is worth taking a look at and definitely don’t miss out on walks beside the River Stowe at Bagot’s Castle.
