Homes within the catchment of this year’s top 10 primary schools in Birmingham can move at very different paces – with as much as five months between the fastest and the slowest.

The fastest selling primary school catchment in Birmingham is for Montgomery Primary Academy with a sale time of just 119 days, compared to the slowest of 203 days near Percy Shurmer Academy.
