Spring is in the air as Lulu Wild launches new seasonal menu concept

Modern Chinese restaurant, Lulu Wild, continues to delight diners with its Enchanted Tales series which celebrates the changing of the seasons through exquisite cuisine and stunning décor, providing an immersive and memorable experience.

This month sees the launch of Chapter 2: Air – Whispers on the Breeze, which focuses on the theme of rebirth and renewal at one of Birmingham’s most Instagrammable restaurants, located at Brindleyplace.

This follows the first chapter in the Enchanted Series – Fire, which celebrated the Year of the Dragon during Chinese New Year. Dishes included a fiery wok-fried Ribeye, Sichuan Lobster Tail and the special Dragon’s Breath cocktail.

During Air, guests will delight in sitting amongst fragrant blooms as the Enchanted Gardens come alive in The Nest dining space and the gentle sound of wind chimes provide a harmonious backdrop to the airy Spring culinary adventure.

This exclusive menu features cuisine that captures the essence of Spring. Sichuan Crispy Beef adorned with edible flowers melts in the mouth - each bite is a celebration of the lightness that comes with the realisation that Spring is in the air.

To complement the dish, the vibrant ‘Above the Clouds’ cocktail has been imagined by the inhouse mixologist and features a refreshing blend of Tequila, coconut and banana with a striking colour reminiscent of a butterfly fluttering through a clear blue sky.

Air is also available at Lulu Wild’s sister restaurants, Aluna in Mailbox and Siamias at Brindleyplace - each offering their own exclusive dish and cocktail pairing. Guests at Siamais can enjoy the mouth-watering Siam Air Ho Fun complemented by the dreamy sounding Tequila Cloud. Aluna offers a fragrant Beef Massaman Curry paired with a choice of three special cocktails - Honey Haze, Cloud and Atmospheric.
