Solihull service provider sponsors the South West Contact Centre Awards

The awards, which were first launched in 2008, recognise the hard work and dedication of contact centre professionals who are committed to supporting their customers. 2025 will see the introduction of six new categories, including ‘Best Contact Centre Culture’, ‘Greatest Impact of AI’ and ‘Best Technology Partnership’.
The winners of all categories will be announced at this year’s award dinner and ceremony, which will take place on Thursday 19 June in Bristol. More than 300 attendees are expected to attend the black-tie event, with businesses from across the South West entering the awards.
