Nominations open for Midlands property awards

Set to take place on 10th April 2025 at The Grand Hotel, Birmingham, the event promises a unique opportunity for the Midlands property sector to come together and celebrate its most outstanding achievements.

The awards honour individuals and businesses that have demonstrated exceptional excellence in the Midlands property sector, with proceeds going to support disabled and disadvantaged children and young people across the region.

Nominations are now open and can be submitted through Variety, the Children’s Charity’s website. Categories include Rising Star, Investment Deal of the Year, and Office Deal of the Year, with more exciting accolades up for grabs.

Last year’s awards saw a remarkable celebration of leading industry names, with companies like Bruntwood SciTech, Midlands Air Ambulance Charity, Barberry, Moda Living, Deloitte Legal, CBRE, Elevate Property Group, and rising star Sophie Froggatt from Siddall Jones among the honorees.
