Jerroms appoint new director to its Corporate Finance team

Working with David Fletcher and the rest of the corporate finance team, Chasz will focus on developing and growing the Corporate Finance and Transaction Support offering at Jerroms.

Chasz’s expertise spans mergers and acquisitions, transaction support, alongside broader advisory services, including valuations, forecasting, business planning and restructuring. Chasz has spearheaded numerous buy-side advisory and transaction support projects for corporate acquirers and conducted financial due diligence for banks and private equity. In his career, he has held positions at Crowe, Begbies Traynor and Leonard Curtis, where he specialised in restructuring advisory services.
