Erdington opticians marks milestone birthday

Colleagues from an Erdington opticians enjoyed a special day celebrating the 30th birthday of their town centre store.

Staff at Specsavers on the High Street marked the anniversary on Saturday 26 October with party bags filled with treats and a face painting stall for children, as well as a visit from a giant eye mascot.

Manjit Sidhu, store director at Specsavers Erdington, says: ‘It was a great opportunity to thank our customers for their support over the past three decades, and celebrate the tremendous work our team does.

‘We really appreciate being part of the community here, and it was wonderful that so many people popped in to mark to occasion! Thanks to everyone who celebrated with us – you made our birthday truly special.’
