“I find building things with LEGO is one of my go-to activities to help relieve anxiety, boost focus and also keep my mind ticking with various problem-solving situations. I like to think I’m building my own zen-tropolis, one brick at a time!
“Whether you’re a young child or an adult, LEGO really does have no age limit. It helps children learn the art of perseverance, while adults can rediscover the joy of play – something that can often get lost in the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
“It’s also a fantastic activity for families to engage in together, communicating and supporting each other as the creative juices get flowing. Outside of families, it can be a great way to socialise with friends and build a connection with your peers.
