Award-winning Birmingham-based jeweller, Poppy Elder, shortlisted for prestigious UK Jewellery Awards 2025


The awards, now in their 33rd year, celebrate excellence, innovation, and outstanding achievements across the sector, recognising individual jewellers and brands that have dazzled the industry.
Set to take place on 25th June 2025 in London, it will bring together the industry’s most innovative designers, brands, and retailers for a night of celebration.

Best known for her Signature Collection – a treasure trove of one-of-a-kind pieces, including engagement rings, diamond necklaces, and earrings – Poppy has built a reputation for creating unique, bespoke pieces that blend timeless design with personal storytelling.


Speaking on her nomination, Poppy explains how much it means to her to be receiving such a prestigious award:
"Being shortlisted for the UK Jewellery Awards is an incredible honour and a truly special moment in my journey as a jewellery designer. Jewellery is so much more than accessory – it’s deeply personal and tells a story, often carrying real sentimental value for the wearer. My goal has always been to create meaningful, one-of-a-kind pieces that capture emotions and memories, transforming them into something personal and timeless. To have this work recognised among some of the biggest and most inspiring names in the industry is not only humbling but also a huge motivation to continue pushing the boundaries of design and craftsmanship."
A third-generation jeweller from Birmingham’s historic Jewellery Quarter, Poppy’s journey began with one of Europe’s largest independent jewellery manufacturers, where she honed her expertise in metals, gemstones, and design. Today, her brand is known for its heirloom-worthy fine jewellery, crafted with a meticulous eye for detail and an emphasis on ethical sourcing and sustainable practices.
